…this will be brief, but exciting. I’ve been asked to write a blog post today, which is quite fair as it’s been a while since I did one. However, this will be short, as I have very little time for quite exciting reasons. As with all my spare days lately, I’m spending all my time today working on The Games Maestro.

It’s been a long time since episode one came out, and we’ve been as fidgety as you have, waiting for the day when more would come. Now, I can’t give you any dates or show you anything just yet, but I can promise that Big Things are coming, and they are definitely coming Soon.

As well as working on the other episodes of the series, we’ve been putting together a trailer, outtakes, behindthescenes content and all sorts of exciting extras. So much work has to go into finishing up the greenscreen segments of the episodes, from our tireless rotoscopers (that’s a word now) to our magnificent artists to all the work Pyrate does in the other aspects of postproduction, so while that’s happening we want to make sure we can give you guys as much excellent stuff as possible.

The behind-the-scenes footage is enlightening: you’ll get insights into the makeup and costume process, see how the green screen footage was actually shot and get knowledge you may or may not want about what we were all like on set. The outtakes for the first couple episodes alone include Craig dancing, Aaron accidentally hitting things and Pyrate squealing like a little girl, so you don’t want to miss those.

Putting The Games Maestro together has been a long road, and it’s far from over, but I for one am just as excited about this project as I was when I first auditioned, and I can’t wait to show you all the things we’re putting together. So stay tuned.

It’s coming.
